Building DFW's most disciplined, confident, dominant athletes.
Michael Underwood’s basketball journey began with no guidance—just a deep love for the game and a spiral notebook filled with drills copied from YouTube. After a rocky start, riding the bench in middle school, he willed himself into becoming the only Division 1 signee from Fort Worth ISD in his class of 2018.
His college career was marked by injuries, transfers, and setbacks, eventually leading him to drop out and start training athletes at 21. But surface-level drills weren’t enough—he wanted to create real, game-ready results. Through years of studying film, interviewing elite coaches, and testing what actually works, he developed the Ground-Zero Skill Building program: a system built to take players from raw to refined, solving real problems with no fluff.
Today, Michael is committed to building a culture in DFW that produces elite athletes through focused skill work, mental toughness, and purpose-driven training—using every hard lesson from his own path to guide players to where they want to be.

Dustin is a former four-year collegiate point guard from the University of Dallas, where he built his reputation on a high basketball IQ, leadership, and consistency. After college, he transitioned directly into coaching at the high school level—first at Castleberry High School and then on staff at Chisholm Trail High School.
Across those years, Dustin wasn’t just coaching games—he was developing players. He spent six years running private skills training on his own, working with athletes of all ages and positions, helping them improve shooting, ball-handling, and scoring confidence.
Now at DRMR, Dustin’s experience as both a floor general and a coach is one of the biggest assets our athletes get access to.
He understands how the game works, how to teach it, and how to translate it into real results on the court.
Caleb is a former five-year collegiate basketball player from the University of St. Mary’s in San Antonio, where he finished 6th all-time in scoring and set multiple school records. Before that, he made noise on the the biggest stage— while leading Midlothian High School to a State Championship appearance.
Caleb has spent his entire basketball career as an explosive scoring guard—someone who understands how to create space, finish at the rim, shoot with confidence, and take over games when it matters. That experience has become a powerful asset for our athletes
Caleb’s passion is teaching kids how to compete with confidence. He pushes athletes to work hard, stay locked in, and believe in themselves—not just as scorers, but as people. His presence in the gym has elevated the pace, the energy, and the standards every single day.
