Do I need an appointment?
No appointment needed! We welcome walk-ins seven days a week starting at 8:30 AM. You can also book online or call ahead to reserve your spot. For weekends, arriving early is recommended.
How long does a braiding session take?
Session times vary by style and size. Simple cornrows can take 1–3 hours, while extra small knotless braids may take 8–12 hours. Your stylist will give you a time estimate when you arrive.
Do I need to bring my own hair?
We have braiding hair available at the shop, but you're welcome to bring your own if you have a specific brand or color preference. Just let your stylist know when you arrive.
How long do braids last?
With proper care, most styles last 4–8 weeks. We recommend wrapping your hair at night with a silk or satin scarf and keeping your scalp moisturized for the best results.
Do you work with clients who have alopecia?
Yes! We offer gentle braiding techniques specifically designed for clients with alopecia or thinning hair. Our stylists take extra care to protect sensitive areas while creating beautiful styles.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We are a cash-only salon. There is an ATM nearby for your convenience. Please plan to bring cash for your appointment.
Is there an after-hours surcharge?
Yes, there is a $40 surcharge for services after 8:00 PM. Regular walk-in hours are 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM daily.
