Return Policy

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by NZ Golf Outlet. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or a refund (at the retailer's discretion).

Fair Trading Act 1986

The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act 1986.

NZ Golf Outlet accepts returns for refund up to 30 days after the purchase date. We are unable to do Exchanges.

Requirements: Item(s) are in original condition (i.e. The item is in its original packaging, and the item is unworn, unused and as sold). If the item/s are returned opened or with the packaging defaced your refund will be processed less a 20% restocking fee.

Items must be appropriately packed inside a parcel, return bag or box. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused in transit where you have taken inappropriate care in returning your items.

Note: If your return does not meet the conditions outlined above, your return may be declined and sent back to you.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, you will need to post item/s back to NZ Golf Outlet.

Change of mind: If you have changed your mind about your purchase or have ordered the incorrect size/specification, your item must be posted back to NZ Golf Outlet at your expense.

Exchange

If a product is unsatisfactory, we can offer to exchange it for another one (i.e. a different size or colour etc) or another product of the same value. Generally proof of purchase is required. Please note, as mentioned above, products returned or exchanged must be unused, in a resalable condition with packaging intact and all labels etc returned with the item.

Repairs

If the returned product is still under warranty then the repair will be at our expense. If the product is out of warranty, then we can still have the product repaired, however, the cost of the repair will be charged to the customer.
