From growing up in a small town in Russia and struggling with insecurity to becoming a global leader in confidence coaching, Olga Kuznetcova’s journey is a testament that transformation is possible for anyone. With a Master’s degree in Psychology, a specialization in Nonverbal Communication, and certification as an Executive Coach from Columbia University, Olga has built her work on both scientific insight and lived experience.

Before founding her academy, Olga built a family business in Russia, worked as a model, and developed her career in the world of luxury fashion in the United States — collaborating with Miu Miu and Moncler, and ultimately concluding her luxury career as a Senior Client Advisor at Moncler on Madison Avenue in New York. In this role, she helped refine the boutique’s service standards, elevate client communication, and create a truly distinguished experience for high-end clientele.

Now, as an executive coach, psychologist, elegance mentor, and former model, Olga specializes in Body Language, Etiquette, and the Psychology of Elegance — guiding women to project credibility, warmth, and quiet authority through their presence.

In October 2025, Olga led a TED Speakers Training Masterclass on Nonverbal Communication for Public Speaking at Temple University in Philadelphia, training speakers to enhance their stage presence and emotional connection through body language mastery.

Drawing from all her experience, Olga has united science-based methods with real-world practice to create a proven formula for confidence and presence. In September 2023, she founded L’Elegance School, an international academy dedicated to cultivating confidence, refinement, and modern grace.
