1. Agreement to Terms

All sales are final. Due to the instant-access nature of digital products and the scheduling commitments of coaching and events, we do not provide refunds or exchanges.

6. License & Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, text, images, videos, logos, and other content are owned or licensed by Brent Darden LLC. Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute content without written permission.

7. Event Terms

Event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless we expressly permit otherwise. We reserve the right to reschedule or modify events. If an event is canceled without a reschedule, we may provide alternative access or a credit at our discretion.

8. Coaching Terms

Coaching does not constitute financial, legal, or medical advice. You are responsible for your decisions and outcomes. Missed or canceled sessions may be forfeited according to the scheduling policy provided at booking.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the site or services, including attempting to hack, scrape, reverse-engineer, infringe IP rights, or disrupt operations.
