How to send your files and other questions - FAQs
How do I send my files?
Usually the easiest way is to send them on an email to us, or forward on an email that may have drawing files already attached. You just need to send the files to [email protected] and tell us what sizes and quantities you require. So whether you use Outlook, Gmail, Windows Mail, Apple Mail or any other email program you can get your files to us easily.
If files have been 'Cloud' shared with me what do I do?
Sometimes you may have been sent files with a link to a cloud-based Shared Online Folder - such systems are Dropbox, One Drive, Sharepoint and Google Drive. Simply foward the email with the link to us with your print instructions - i.e. sizes and quantities.
Do you accept We Transfer files?
Absolutely! Just generate the We Transfer link by going to wetransfer.com and follow the steps to upload your files into a We Transfer session. Just use our email address [email protected] as the recipient. You can write down your instructions for print sizes and quantities in the Message box for the session. Then press Transfer - easy!

Please call as price varies for line drawings or heavy graphics scans.
What file formats do you print from?
The bulk of our printing comes from PDF as this is the most common format and the easiest to print. PDFs carry all the correct paper size and drawing scale information so if it's been generated as an A1 PDF at 1:50 scale, that's what will be printed.
We can also print from AutoCAD DWG files using DWG TrueView which allows us to print at correct paper size and scale, and also has the bonus of varying CAD line weight and colour if necessary.
JPEG and TIFF files can be printed as is, or we can manipulate sizes and do graphics editing using Affinity Photo software.
Do you edit or create graphics?
We use Affinity Photo which is an excellent professional graphics editing tool similar to Photoshop. We can do simple edits like spot removal on photos right through to creating more complex graphics and posters. We will quote you a price on a per job basis for this service.
