We reserve the right to charge late payment fees or interest on overdue invoices.

Work may be postponed or cancelled at our discretion if payment terms are not met.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

14-Day Cancellation Period (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of entering into it, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of signing the agreement.

You may use our Request for Services to Commence During the Cancellation Period form if you wish for us to begin work within the 14-day period.

If you have requested that we begin providing services during the 14-day cancellation period:

You still have the right to cancel within the 14 days.

However, you will be required to pay for any services performed up to the date of cancellation, based on a reasonable proportion of the total contract value.

If the services have been fully completed within the 14-day period, you will lose the right to cancel and the full contract amount will be payable.

Standard Cancellations

Outside of the 14-day period, clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee at our discretion.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

No refunds will be issued for work that has already been completed or substantially begun unless required by law.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate information when booking services;

Ensuring safe and clear access to the work area;

Informing us of any site-specific risks or issues prior to service.

We are not liable for delays or issues caused by inaccurate information, restricted access, or unsafe conditions at the service location.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of EverPower Renewable Energy Solutions or its licensors. You may not copy, republish, or reuse any part of this website without our prior written consent.
