ESC Handyman provides home remodeling, repair, and maintenance services for residential properties. All services are subject to availability and agreement between the business and the client.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for services. Final pricing may vary depending on the scope of work, materials required, and project complexity. Our standard service rate is approximately $70 per hour, unless otherwise agreed.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments may be scheduled based on availability. Clients are encouraged to notify us in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information about the project and ensure safe access to the work area. ESC Handyman is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or restricted access.

Limitation of Liability

ESC Handyman will perform services with professional care and attention. However, we are not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing structural issues, improper prior installations, or conditions beyond our control.
