If you know me, then you know I am also a minister and believe there is more to business than practical work. I want to share with you something I have been doing that is GAME CHANGING and then I want to tell you a little bit about how it has impacted my entire life.

I have embarked upon a new workout journey. For those of you who have been around for a while in my community, you have seen that over the last few years I have lost about 55 pounds. I have been maintaining it over the last years but, I still have more I want to accomplish from a health perspective.

One of the things I have incorporated on my health journey recently is called Red Light Therapy. When I first heard of it, I thought for sure it was a joke. Surely light can't help me right? Wrong! After trying the Total Body Enhancement at Planet Fitness, I have become a true believer in Red Light Therapy.

Along with working on my physical health, I have also been working on my mental and spiritual health. I believe both play a huge part in my transformation, especially the spiritual aspect of it.

If you are anything like me then at some point in your life you have dealt with negative thoughts. Whether it’s thoughts about not being good enough, nobody’s going to buy your stuff, you’re not as good as someone else on social media, etc. If you never dealt with these exact thoughts, I am sure you dealt with thoughts very similar.

These negative thoughts come in and try to lie to you and tell you things that God has not said about you. I was in my morning meditation and The Holy Spirit shared something with me that forever changed my life and I believe will change your life as well.

I want you to begin to add light therapy to every negative thought that comes to you. The Bible says that we can take every thought captive and put it under the submission of the Word of God. That means whatever negative thought creeps up, put it under the LIGHT (what God has spoken). You have the power to control your thoughts. If you want to win the war in your mind, be diligent to take control when negative thoughts come up to take you off your course. Your sales will always be inconsistent and unpredictable if you allow negative thoughts to rule your life.
