DISCOVER
We conduct a training, audience, and technical needs analysis in conjunction with stakeholders, knowledge keepers, and frontline users to identify the project user learning experience deliverables.
DESIGN
Our goal is to identify curriculum, learner outcomes, process mappings, detailed work plans, communications plans, training data setups, resource allocations, and user learning experiences.
DEVELOP
We create state of the art user learning experiences in the forms of styles and standards, communications assets, presentations, documentation, and courseware production.
DELIVER
We deploy change, learning, and logistics management of the project's user learning experiences for all of our deliverables including: offline, online and hand on training.
DETERMINE
We look at learning evolution, feedback and content consumption to make updates to the deliverables. We also provide post go-live training support and help with issue resolution.
