Quotes valid for 14 days. 50% deposit required. Balance due before handover.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide content, approvals, and ensure legality of materials.
4. Intellectual Property
Final designs belong to client after full payment. We may showcase work.
5. Warranties & Liability
No guarantee on rankings or sales. Not liable for downtime or cyberattacks. Client responsible for
backups unless under maintenance contract.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate in writing. Fees for completed work remain payable.
7. Governing Law
These Terms follow South African law.
