1:1 Capacity Building Intervention
Aims to bolster people’s independence and overall functional capacity. This can cover all aspects of life, from activities of daily living (basic self-care tasks such as eating, bathing or dressing), to more complex life skills such as maintaining employment, using public transport, managing finances or managing their mental health symptoms.

Teagan Roberts is a clinical Director at Your OT. She specialises in Mental Health where she has worked within the public sector in Australia and internationally since 2015 within a range of clinical settings.
Teagan delivers clinical skills in physical and psychological Occupational Therapy. She specialises in assessment and reports writing for participations requiring functional assessment.
Teagan is able to provide assessment and interventions within your own home or community setting in the Gold Coast.
