I hold a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Level 2 Master Health Coach. With over 20 years of experience across corporate, private, and independent health and wellness settings, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients and goals.
I specialize in lifestyle, fitness, and nutrition coaching for those looking to improve overall health, strength, mobility, and longevity. My approach is science-driven and practical, focusing on sustainable habits through proper nutrition, quality sleep, stress management, and personalized training programs.
As a former marathon runner who underwent a total hip replacement at 39, I bring empathy and understanding to every client I work with. I truly believe that with the right support and mindset, anyone can overcome obstacles and achieve lasting results.
Outside of training, I love being a mom to my son, traveling, trying new recipes, exploring coffee shops, and staying active in the gym.
