What This Role Is

At this time, participation with Frontline Frameworks begins as a volunteer peer support role.

Peer Support Specialists support community-based peer spaces, education, and awareness using Frontline Frameworks tools and curriculum. This role is non-clinical, non-supervisory, and grounded in clear scope and ethical boundaries.

What You'll Do

As a Peer Support Specialist, you may:

  • Participate in peer support spaces and community discussions

  • Support awareness of early stress, burnout prevention, and recovery practices

  • Use Frontline Frameworks curriculum and tools to guide peer-based conversations

  • Model ethical peer support, boundaries, and scope

  • Contribute to a supportive, regulated, and professional peer environment

Preparation and materials are provided. You are never expected to diagnose, treat, or provide clinical services.

Referral Opportunities

Some Peer Support Specialists may later be eligible to participate in referral-based opportunities when available.

Referral participation is:

  • Optional

  • Reviewed after onboarding and acceptance

  • Separate from volunteer participation

  • Subject to additional guidelines and requirements

Referral opportunities are discussed individually and are not guaranteed.
