Founded by Ben Eaton, a Licensed Mechanical Administrator and Journeyman Plumber with over 30 years in the field, PGC was born from a simple mission: deliver quality work that lasts no shortcuts, no excuses. Ben’s journey began with a 5-year apprenticeship through Local 290 in Portland, OR, and took him across the globe working on high-stakes projects including hospitals, nuclear power plants, and water treatment facilities.

After contributing to rebuilding efforts in New Orleans post-Hurricane Katrina with the Army Corps of Engineers, he brought that same problem-solving mindset to Alaska’s mining industry in 2004 and never looked back. Today, PGC brings together decades of construction expertise and a team that shares Ben’s commitment to getting the job done right, the first time.
