Upon payment, clients receive a license to use the deliverables as intended.

Founder Elevation retains the right to showcase work samples for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Results Disclaimer

Founder Elevation guarantees certain deliverables (such as a minimum of two PR features within 90 days if included in your service agreement). However:

We cannot guarantee specific financial outcomes, investor interest, or client acquisition.

Success depends on market factors, client input, and execution outside our control.

8. Use of the Website

You agree not to:

Misuse or disrupt the Website.

Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.

Copy or repurpose Website content without permission.

9. Confidentiality
