4) No Guarantees / Investment Risk

5) Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information to Level Play

  • Perform your own due diligence on any property, deal, lender, or partner

  • Follow all laws and regulations applicable to you

  • Not rely on Level Play as your only source of verification

6) Payments & Billing

Fees are listed on our website or in your written proposal/invoice. By purchasing, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method.

7) Non-Refund Policy (Summary)

All sales are subject to our Non-Refund Policy (included below). By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept it.

8) Scheduling, Late Arrivals, No-Shows

  • If you are late, your session may still end at the scheduled time.

  • No-shows are typically counted as used sessions and are not refundable.

  • Reschedules must be requested at least [24/48] hours in advance unless otherwise stated.

9) Third-Party Services & Referrals

We may recommend or refer third parties (agents, lenders, contractors, attorneys, etc.). We do not control them and are not responsible for their actions, fees, performance, or outcomes.

10) Intellectual Property

All content, templates, frameworks, training materials, videos, documents, and branding are owned by Level Play and protected by law.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or publish our content without written permission.

11) Prohibited Use

You may not:
