He earned his Doctorate in Sacred Theology from the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas (Angelicum) in Rome, where he specialized in dogmatic theology and Mariology. Widely recognized for both intellectual depth and pastoral clarity, Dr. Howard has dedicated his life to forming souls, strengthening families, and proclaiming the truth of Christ in the modern world.
He is founder and president of the Fulton Sheen Institute and the Fulton Sheen Movement, and serves as host of The Catholic Patriot podcast.

Dr. Howard is the author of The Woman: Mary as Mediatrix in the Teaching of Fulton J. Sheen, considered the definitive study on Sheen’s Mariology. A member of the International Marian Association and the Coalition of Eucharistic and Marian Apostolates, he is known for bringing Sheen’s prophetic insights into today’s cultural moment with striking relevance, authority, and hope.
At home in northern Idaho, Peter’s passion is his family. He is husband to Chantal and father to seven children spanning more than two decades.
