Terms of Service

Welcome to Imperial Executive Transportation. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the executive transportation services ("Services") provided by Imperial Executive Transportation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or booking our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

All reservations are subject to availability.
A major credit card is required to secure all bookings.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for special events and hourly charters.
Final payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

Airport Transfers: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid a full fare charge.

Hourly & Special Events: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date.
Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 100% charge of the estimated total.
No-Shows: If the passenger cannot be located within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, it will be considered a no-show and the full fare will be charged.

3. WAIT TIME AND STOPS

Airport Pickups: 30 minutes of free wait time for domestic flights; 60 minutes for international.

After this, wait time is billed in 15-minute increments at the vehicle's hourly rate.

Standard Pickups: 15-minute grace period.

Thereafter, wait time applies. Stops: Additional stops not included in the original quote are subject to a $20 minimum charge per stop.

4. PASSENGER CONDUCT AND DAMAGES

Smoking: All vehicles are strictly non-smoking. A $450 cleaning fee will be charged for any violation. Damages: The client is responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by the party (e.g., upholstery tears, broken glass, excessive cleanup). Sanitization Fee: A $500 fee will be charged for any biohazard cleanup (vomit, etc.). Illegal Acts: Consumption of illegal drugs is prohibited. Possession of such will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

5. LIABILITY

Imperial Executive Transportation is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or mechanical breakdowns beyond our control. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Imperial Executive Transportation website, including logos, text, and the underlying service framework, is the property of the Company or its marketing partner, WorldBossHQ™. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of this material is strictly prohibited.

7. PRIVACY SUMMARY

We collect personal information necessary to process your reservation. This includes your name, contact details, and payment information. We do not sell your data to third parties. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved in the courts of Atlanta, Georgia.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
