Carrie A. Tuttle, Founder

Carrie Tuttle has a unique blend of business practicality and sensitivity to who people are, as well as where they are in their lives. That must be the side-effect of traveling the world and working in both South Korea and New Zealand.

In her professional career, Carrie has worked with companies ranging in size from 4 to 30,000 people in both a contributor and senior leadership team capacity and has strategized on both the marketing and business development sides of the war room. Some of her results:

  • Consulted with fortune 500 companies across North America

  • Helped an award-winning entrepreneur redefine himself while selling his company

  • Managed a technical sales team through change to grow revenue by 18% over 2 years

  • Guided a consultant to successfully double her rates within 4 months

She has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary. Carrie’s keen interest in human emotions and motivation lead her to explore other areas of study including coaching and yoga teacher training.

Her first level of coach training was from the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and she is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Most recently, Carrie pursued additional neuroscience-based training and became a certified coach and facilitator of Extended DISC communication styles and Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0 and EQ360).

Rebecca Wood

Rebecca has 25+ years of experience delivering tailored solutions in sales and leadership development across a wide range of industries spanning the private, public, and nonprofit sectors.

Rebecca has coached leaders and sales professionals throughout North America, helping them:

  • Consistently exceed ambitious sales goals

  • Build high-performing teams

  • Significantly increase revenues year over year

  • Achieve better results with less effort

Her success lies in her ability to understand each client’s unique challenges and craft strategies that work - not just in theory, but in practice. As an implementation partner, she stays engaged through execution, coaching leaders as they build the right teams, develop talent, and drive meaningful advancement. Her approach ensures that solutions aren’t just designed - they’re delivered.

The team consists of coaching professionals with varying backgrounds, including past CEO’s/founders, marketing leaders, sales leaders, SAAS / artificial intelligence professionals and certified coaches with Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and International Coach Federation (ICF) accreditation.
