Tekally designs and manufactures a wide range of calipers, both by attribute and by variable. The calipers are manufactured using international design and measurement standards. These calipers allow for verification that manufactured parts meet the specifications established in the manufacturing process.
Tekally offers a complete line of custom-made steel calipers. If required by the customer, they can be manufactured with special coatings such as chrome or made of carbide or other special materials. Depending on the application and design, our team of specialists can make the appropriate recommendation. Based on their tolerance, they can be of classes ZZ, Z, Y, X, XX, and XXX; and according to their dimensions, the most ergonomic shape for handling is applied.
We also have a wide variety of calipers for verifying angles, cones, concentricity, and multiple levels. All of these calipers can be assembled with aluminum or steel handles.
We have the capacity and experience to design and manufacture, Go/No Go Bolts, Horseshoes, Flush Pins, Thread Gauges, Template Gauges, Spline Types, Master Rings, among other special requirements.
For variable gauges, we can design and manufacture Snap gauges, Flush Pin gauges, bore gauges, groove gauges, thickness gauges, distance gauges, and more. We can analyze your requirements to offer you an optimal solution.
We offer calibration masters tailored to customer needs, including ring gauges, bolt gauges, and master gauge pieces. These can be manufactured within maximum, minimum, or average tolerances. They can also be manufactured with special coatings for extended service life.
We can offer different classes depending on the geometry. For conventional master gauges, we use classes ZZ, Z, Y, X, XX, and XXX.
All our products comply with the standards specified by our customers, such as DIN (Europe), JIS (Asia), NOM (America), ASME (America), and ASTM (America), among others.
We apply international ISO standards and, for design purposes, ASME Y14.5M as a reference for dimensions and tolerances. However, employing best practices for design communication, we utilize GD&T.
