BOOKING CONFIRMATION
We'll confirm your reservation within 24 hours of receiving your request. A rental agreement is required, and we may ask for a photo ID as part of the booking process.
PAYMENT DETAILS
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due 60 days before arrival.
If you're booking less than 60 days out, full payment is required at the time of booking. We'll place a $500 security deposit hold on your credit card one day prior to your arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel at least 60 days before arrival, you'll receive a full refund minus a $500 cancellation fee.
Cancellations between 30-59 days before arrival receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-In is after 4 PM (MT) and Check-Out is at 11 AM (MT). We do our best to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs when possible, but availability depends on our booking schedule. We'll know for sure 72 hours before your arrival—just ask if you'd like to extend your time.
SECURITY CAMERAS
For the safety of our guests and property, we have exterior security cameras monitoring the front door entrance and garage area. These cameras record video and audio. By booking, you're agreeing to this monitoring.
NO SMOKING POLICY
This is a non-smoking home, including cannabis. Cigarette smoking is permitted at least 15 feet away from the house.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
Small, low-key celebrations with your group are fine: birthday dinners, anniversary toasts, that sort of thing.
We don't allow large parties, events, or outside guests beyond your booking party. If you're planning something specific, just run it by us and we'll go from there.
NO PETS POLICY
We sometimes make exceptions for furry family members. Please reach out to ask about bringing your pet—fees would apply.
LIMITATION USE OF FIREPLACE
Our wood-burning fireplace is available for limited use with Duraflame or similar clean-burning logs only. Please note that we don't supply logs.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. If anyone in your group is under 25, a parent or guardian must be present on the property for the duration of the stay.
