Can I change or cancel order?
We ask for your kind understanding not to change or cancel the item that you purchased after you had made payment. How Much Will Shipping Charges Be?
We offer free shipping and delivery for first outbound shipping and delivery of the product you purchased. However, shipping and delivery charges to be incurred when you return the product you purchased with our approval will be prepaid by you and thereafter, these charges will be reimbursed together with the amount of refund to be returned to you subject to fulfilment of the terms and conditions outlined in our Refund and Return Policy. What Happens If The Item I Have Ordered Is Not In Stock?
In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we will contact you within the next business day and offer you alternatives inclusive of offer for order cancellation which will be followed by a full refund to you.

What Size Should I Order?

When Will My Order Be Despatched ?
We process and despatch orders within 1 to 3 business days after receiving the payment made for the order you placed. You shall receive an automated purchase confirmation together with the product order number. Once the item you purchased is shipped and a tracking number and a tracking URL link are available, we will inform you.
