What coaching programs do you offer?

We currently offer 3 coaching programs:

The Virtual Coach Accelerator is a 13-week coaching experience for designing, building and launching your own virtual coaching program.

The Prominence Partnership Program is a 13-week coaching experience built around our proprietary process for launching and growing your own client-getting group like Clients & Community.

The Scale Mastermind is a 12-month high-level mastermind with other 6 and 7-figure virtual coaches designed to help you scale your revenue...without breaking your business or scaling your workload.

How can I update my billing information?

If you would like to update your billing information for one of our coaching programs simply contact client concierge and we will send you a secure link.

Note: Please email us at least 1 business day before your credit card is scheduled to be charged or we cannot guarantee it will be updated in time.

Will you automatically charge my credit card?

Yes! As outlined in our client agreement you are sent to e-sign upon enrolling into one of our coaching programs, we automatically charge your preferred billing method (e.g. credit card) on the scheduled date according to your payment plan.

What is the refund policy for your coaching programs?

Our coaching programs have a no refund policy as outlined in our client agreement you are sent to e-sign upon enrolling.

Here's why:

In these intimate programs we are here to coach you to your highest level of success, and part of that requires a commitment from you that you're fully invested in the program. When refunds are an option, you can have "one foot in" the work, and "one foot out" the door.

It is to YOUR benefit to decide BEFORE purchasing that you are committing to the program and working with us. If you're in, you need to be 100% in, just as our team will be for you.

If you are not prepared for this level of commitment we recommend beginning with our "Million Dollar Group Method" digital book.

What is MDGM's refund policy?

Affiliate Program

How do I become an affiliate?

How much do I earn as an affiliate?

As an affiliate, you'll earn a 50% commission on all of the products and services within the "Million Dollar Group Method" funnel. You can learn more about the affiliate program and potential commissions here: https://milliondollargroupmethod.com/affiliateprogram

Note: We do not pay commissions on our backend coaching programs such as the Prominence Partnership program and/or Scale Mastermind.

As an affiliate, how will I be paid?

We pay Clients & Community affiliates through PayPal or Payoneer.

As an affiliate, when do I get paid?

Clients & Community affiliates are paid twice per month.

On the 1st of each month and on the 15h of each month. In order to be eligible for a commission payment, the product/service must have been paid in full, and must be beyond the listed refund period. In the event the 1st or 15th of each month falls on a holiday, commission payments will be paid on the business day preceding the holiday.

What's the difference between a conversion and a customer?

As an affiliate, on the "Conversions & Commissions" page you will see reporting on both conversions and commissions.

Conversions and commissions represent people you've referred who have transacted with us (e.g. their trial is over and they were billed successfully, or maybe they purchased the order bump and/or upsell).

Customers represent people you've referred who have signed up for a trial (e.g. GroupKit), but have not transacted with us yet. Therefore, you won't earn a commission until their trial is over and they are billed successfully.

How does your affiliate tracking work?

When you share your referral link with someone our affiliate tracking system will attempt to plant a last touch "sticky cookie" on their device that lasts for up to 45-days.

This means if the person you shared your referral link with purchased products or services from the "Million Dollar Group Method" funnel on the same device within 45-days, even if they didn't use your referral link, you will still receive a commission.

Please understand, however, our affiliate program has a last touch model. That means if someone else shared their referral link with the same person after you...you would not receive a commission. The affiliate commission is given to whichever affiliate had the last touch.

Note: Your affiliate ID will not carry itself through the funnel. This is normal. Our affiliate tracking is primarily based on cookies.

If you purchased GroupKit in our "Million Dollar Group Method" funnel then it has an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee.

If you purchased GroupKit outside of the "Million Dollar Group Method" funnel then it has an unconditional 14-day money back guarantee.

How can I cancel my GroupKit subscription?

Although we are sad to see you go, you can cancel your GroupKit subscription at anytime by going into Settings > My Subscription in the cloud portal (https://cloud.groupkit.com/setting).
