  • All overhauled engines follow the Continental Mandatory Replacement list and overhaul manual.

  • Engine assembled with all NEW Main and Rod bearings, Rod nuts and bolts, stress bolts, cylinder base nuts, all external hardware, gaskets and seals.

  • Overhauled Camshaft and Lifters

  • Overhauled Rocker Arms and Connecting Rods

  • All Engine AD’s and SB’s will be complied with

  • Recertification of Crankcase and Crankshaft

  • New Cylinders

  • Overhaul of Accessories to include – Complete Fuel System, Magnetos, Oil Cooler, Starter and Direct Drive Alternator (Front Mount)

  • New Spark Plugs and Ignition Harness

  • Engine Dynamometer Tested before return to service on our State of The Art Dyno.

The PAE Engine Warranty policy is 3 years or TBO, whichever occurs first!

This quote does not include any other major components which may fail to pass inspection and must be replaced with a new or reworked component (Crankcase, Crankshaft, Internal Gears, and Connecting Rods). It also does not include any accessories deemed beyond economical repair. Should this occur, we will negotiate the best possible replacement part available and discuss these options with you prior to proceeding.
