We are located at 6525 Greens Rd, Humble, TX 77396 — serving Humble and Northeast Houston. Ample parking is available on site.
What are your office hours?
Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM. Saturday appointments are available by request. Evening virtual sessions can also be arranged.
What should I expect at my first consultation?
Your first visit includes a comprehensive health intake, a lifestyle and wellness assessment, and a one-on-one conversation with a Hardin wellness coach to build your personalized care plan.
Do you offer virtual appointments?
Yes! We offer virtual wellness consultations and coaching sessions via video call for clients who prefer to meet from home or are located outside the Houston area.
Are group wellness programs available?
Absolutely. Our group wellness programs run on a rolling enrollment basis, each focused on a specific wellness theme — nutrition, stress management, movement, and more.
