We do not accept Health Insurance and are not contracted with any Health Insurance Companies. We will provide you with ICD-10 and CPT codes that can be submitted to your health insurance company for consideration of reimbursement if you have out of network benefits. Our Costs are typically the same or less than co-pays, deductibles and other health insurance charges. Cost effectiveness is our top priority. Ask about our discounts and referral programs.
