An admin user is anyone who logs into the HeyTeam platform to manage scheduling, send messages, or view reports. This is typically your operations managers, coordinators, and scheduling staff. Workers and field staff who only receive SMS messages do not count — you can have unlimited workers.
You get full access to all features for 30 days, completely free. No credit card required. At the end of your trial, you choose how many admin users you need. It's £29.99 per admin user per month.
