Panama Playscape North (Ball Park)
Summer 2026*
When the playground equipment at the baseball field was vandalized, the Improvement Group stepped in to raise funds for a new, modern, and accessible playscape that everyone in our community can enjoy. Partnering with the Panama Foundation, we’ve been able to explore grants and other funding opportunities, with the goal of breaking ground in the summer of 2026.
We’re currently in the fundraising phase and would be grateful for the support of donors who share our vision of creating the first updated accessible playscape in Panama. Community Center Brick
Fall 2025*
Years ago, when the vision of a Community Center was just beginning to take shape, the Foundation was created to help make that dream a reality. One of our earliest initiatives was offering personalized bricks for community members to purchase, which would be proudly displayed on the front of the building.
Today, as we celebrate the fulfillment of that dream, we are excited to announce that we are ready to install the bricks purchased during the campaign, along with the new bricks purchased in the meantime.
In addition to this meaningful display, we are pleased to share that, thanks to a generous grant from Norris Public Power, we will be replacing our damaged flagpole and flag with a new one, an enduring symbol of pride and unity for our community.

Purchasing a brick is a wonderful way to honor a loved one, commemorate a special milestone, or simply show your support for our incredible community. Panama Community Improvement Group Events
The Panama Improvement Group has made a tremendous impact on our community and continues to enrich our lives in countless ways. Over the past year, they organized and hosted a variety of events, including a soup cook-off, an Easter celebration, Panama Days, Trunk R Treat, and the Village of Panama Christmas Party. These moments of connection and celebration were made possible through the generosity and dedication of volunteers and the support of our community.
Looking ahead, the Improvement Group has new ideas to create even more fun, inclusive, and engaging opportunities for everyone in our community. But they can’t do it alone, they need your help.
Volunteers who can spare just an hour or two to support an event play an essential role in making these efforts a success. We understand that life gets busy, but we invite you to consider sharing your time, your talents, and treasures in a way that is both rewarding and impactful.
