Will sessions be recorded?
Yes. Recordings are available to all paid attendees for 12 months. Watch live, watch later, or both.
What if I can't make a session live?
Recordings go up within 24 hours. You'll get an email with access to the online portal when each one is ready. The only thing you'd miss is the live Q & A.
Are the sessions CPD accredited?
CPD points are awarded per session with a questionnaire which you can complete in the online portal to receive your certificate.
Can I join just one topic?
Yes. The individual two-part webinar covers a single topic (balconies, bathrooms, basements). You can upgrade to a series pass or a Q&A Group pass at anytime during the series.
Can I upgrade from a single topic to the full series?

Can I send multiple team members?

What tech do I need to join?
A laptop, iPad, tablet or phone with audio. Sessions run via Zoom. Headphones and a second screen is helpful but is not required.
What is the refund policy?
A full refund if requested before the series begins. After the first session, refunds are not available, but recordings stay available for 12 months.
