Notification of Copyright Infringement

Veronica Coaching LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all Users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will promptly respond to proper notices of alleged copyright infringement reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Designated Copyright Agent

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used or copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and the material appears on our Site or within the Evolve by Veronica program, please send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

  • A description of where the alleged infringing material is located on the Site (such as a specific URL or program section).

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address.

  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that material you uploaded or provided was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the Designated Copyright Agent containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it previously appeared.

  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the removal or disabling of the material was the result of a mistake or misidentification.

  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court and that you agree to accept service of process from the person who filed the original infringement notice.
