Entrepreneurship has been in my blood from the very beginning.
While the traditional schooling system never felt like the right fit for me, it was in business that I truly found my passion and purpose.

I learned that owning a business wasn’t just a choice – it was my path to true freedom.
I followed the conventional route, studying at university, but even that came with its twists. When my degree was cancelled, it became clear: the system wasn’t built for me, but entrepreneurship was.
It’s given me the power of choice, the ability to carve my own path, and the freedom to build the life I’ve always envisioned. It wasn’t about fitting into someone else’s mould, but about creating my own – and that’s where I thrive.
Owning a business has allowed me to live a life of purpose, flexibility, and fulfillment. It’s proof that sometimes, the setbacks we face are simply guiding us to where we truly belong. For me, that’s in the world of entrepreneurship.
my story
With over 17 years of hands-on experience across eight family businesses and three of her own, Sammy Kennedy has successfully built and scaled four ventures to multi-six-figure success. Her entrepreneurial journey began in 2007, working in her family’s businesses, which spanned arcade games, bowling alleys, go-karting, rodeos, and a music festival, just to name a few.
Sammy’s transition into the beauty industry led to the creation of
Glamour Goddess Beauty Artistry, where she quickly mastered branding, marketing, and sales, hitting her first $10K month within just two weeks.
In late 2021, after being diagnosed with scoliosis and facing the cancellation of her university degree, Sammy chose to invest heavily in her personal development. By 2022, she launched her first online course, which paved the way for her to become a business coach. That same year, after competing in Miss Universe Australia, Sammy co-founded Beauty n Brains, a production company that hosted the Mrs. Australia International pageant in 2023.
Now a renowned coach in the beauty industry, Sammy specialises in helping beauty business owners grow and scale their businesses. Her flagship programs, including Beauty Boss Mastermind and Fully Booked Formula ,have sold out and transformed the growth and success of her clients’ businesses. Sammy also hosts the Beauty Industry Leaders podcast, where she shares strategies and insights to empower other beauty entrepreneurs.
