Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not offered once access to the platform has been granted.

Monthly payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the platform has not been extensively used.
3. Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund previous payments.
