1. Refund Policy (All Sales Final) Because the Glass House Small Business Accelerator includes immediate access to proprietary digital materials, templates, and workbook intellectual property upon registration, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend live sessions.

2. Deferral Option If you are unable to attend the cohort you registered for, you may request a one-time deferral to the next scheduled cohort.

Notice: Deferral requests must be submitted via email at least 48 hours prior to the start of Session 1.

Late Deferrals: Requests made after the program has started are granted solely at the discretion of the organizers.

3. Intellectual Property Your registration grants you a single-user license to the Glass House workbook, templates, and methodologies. These materials are for your individual business use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

4. Cohort Commitment This accelerator is designed as an intimate experience with limited spots. By registering, you are holding a seat that cannot be sold to another business owner.
