David Rush began his career in finance — working across both Investment Banking and the Markets and Trading side of the industry. He developed an early fluency in the culture, communication, and decision-making of elite financial environments that has never left him, and that continues to distinguish his work with banking and finance clients today.

From finance, David moved into a role as an elite consultant and trainer at Templar Advisors, a global consulting firm — where he worked at the intersection of leadership development, organizational performance, and executive communication. This chapter sharpened his ability to operate across industries and organizations at the highest levels, and laid the foundation for the coaching practice he would later build.

Following his consulting career, David took the entrepreneurial path — founding and co-founding his own ventures, including The Morning Rush, a daily live community for executives and entrepreneurs, and Treehouse.Coach, a coaching platform. Building from zero gave him firsthand experience with everything founders face: the decisions, the pivots, the team-building, and the weight of being ultimately accountable for outcomes.

Alongside his entrepreneurial work, David has served in COO and VP of Sales roles within a high-growth staffing and operations business — developing deep operational fluency and a sharp sales communication skillset forged in competitive, results-driven environments.
