HI, I’M KRIS!
As the founder of Action & Ease Leadership Coaching, I help engineering executives and managers propel themselves and their teams forward. I am best known for my innovative, 2-part coaching program that empowers you to identify the most valuable actions to take to grow yourself, lead with ease, communicate effectively, and guide your team to reach their potential.
I come to this work having trained hundreds of people across my 20+ year career in leadership roles in engineering, quality, manufacturing, and the National Ski Patrol. I hold a master’s degree in engineering management, multiple key quality and engineering certifications. In all that I do, I am passionate about guiding you to be able to trust yourself, reach others, and act with impact together.

What if I need more than one session?
This session has been designed as a starting point that offers valuable insights and helps develop an action plan. Once you have a scope and goals, we can discuss options supporting your desired outcomes if you are interested.
How is this different from other leadership advice I've tried?
I’m not going to offer you generic advice. I will partner with you to find actions you are inspired take that are appropriate for where you and your team are in this moment. And, if appropriate, we may dive into what hasn’t worked in the past to ensure we learn from history or understand how things are different now.
What if my challenges feel too overwhelming to tackle?
I hear you, and you aren’t alone. I work with clients who have worked through that downward spiral of self-judgement that drives indecision and puts the brakes on their growth. And perhaps, we can focus our time there. If you’re still on the fence, schedule a discovery call and we can take a closer look.
Will I be able to implement what we discuss without more support?
