Renew Your Texas Director Credential Easily & Stay in Good Standing
Your Texas Director Credential is essential for maintaining compliance with Texas Childcare licensing requirements.
We’ve made the renewal process simple and straightforward. Select the option that best suits your needs, submit your required training as certificates or TECPDS report.
Annual Renewal (Standard) – $90
Ensure your credential remains active and in good standing. Our Standard Renewal process is straightforward and designed to help you stay compliant.
What’s included:
✔Credential processed within 30 days of receiving copies of your 30-40 hours of your training verification. Your TECPDES training record (not a hand written list) or a single PDF of all your annual training certificates.
✔This training verification needs to meet full compliance of Texas licensing requirements. - within 1 year of last credential, dated, signed by instructor and with your name on them.
Please make sure that these are uploaded -- emailed is not acceptable.

Rush Renewal – $175
Choose the Rush Renewal Fee to guarantee your credential is processed within 7 days of receiving your training verification (certificates or TECPDS report).

How the Process Works
Select Your Renewal Option - Regular or RUSH.
Submit Your Training Verification
After purchasing, you’ll receive an email with instructions for submitting your TECPEDS training record or continuing education certificates -- do NOT email - this will delay processing.
Credential Processing
Once we receive your training verification, your credential will be processed.
Receive Your Updated Credential
Stay compliant and in good standing with your Texas Director’s license! You will receive both an electronic and physical version of your Texas Director Credential. A digital PNG will be emailed and a hard copy will be mailed within 30 days.
Submit the Updated Credential
Submit your updated credential to your licensing representative.
