FEES AND DISPLAYS: Each exhibitor is responsible for their own canopy, chairs, tables, extension cords, etc. Electricity spaces are limited to ONE OUTLET PER VENDOR. Spaces are assigned on a FIRST come basis.
DEADLINE for entry: JUNE 20, 2025.
LOCATION: Vendors will be assigned spaces in downtown Crystal Springs on Marion Ave., Raymond Street, and Georgetown Street. Food vendors are located on W. Railroad Ave.
PRICES: Flea Market Space - $75.00 - $10.00 for electricity. Games: $135.00 - $10.00 for electricity – NO FIREWORKS, POPPERS, SILLY STRING, LAZERS.
Food/Drink: $260.00 – includes electricity
TOMATO FESTIVAL SET-UP TIME: Friday, June 27, 2025, after 6:00 p.m., Saturday, June 28, 2025 – MUST BE SET UP BY 7:30 A.M. and REMAIN UNTIL 3:00 P.M.
HARVEST FESTIVAL SET-UP TIME: Friday, October 10, 2025, after 6:00 p.m.
Saturday, October 11, 2025 – MUST BE SET UP BY 7:30 A.M. and REMAIN UNTIL 3:00
P.M.
All vendor vehicles must be removed from exhibit area by 8:00 A.M. as set forth in the vendor guidelines.
