David Cruz brings over 8 years of total experience in private wealth management. Most recently, he worked as a Financial Consultant at Charles Schwab & TD Ameritrade for 6 years; two of the largest and most trusted wealth management firms in the U.S. Mr. Cruz is a Certified Financial Planner, passing the rigorous education, exam, experience and ethics requirements set by the CFP board. Mr. Cruz has experience with both the public and private markets working towards democratizing private investment access for the average investor. Mr. Cruz received his Bachelors degrees in Finance and Psychology from the University of South Florida.

entrepreneurial ventures. For four years, Kyle spearheaded his solar

company's reputation and laid the foundation for his transition into
