Ekklesia Institute Inc.™ and all affiliated programs, initiatives, honorary recognitions, leadership offerings, partners, instructors, facilitators, staff, volunteers, and authorized collaborators.
1. Organizational Status & Authority
Ekklesia Institute Inc.™ is a private, faith-based religious corporation organized and operating in the State of Florida and is legally authorized under Florida Statute §1005.06(1)(f) as a religiously exempt institution.
Pursuant to this statutory exemption, Ekklesia Institute Inc.™ is authorized to offer:
Religious degrees
Honorary Doctoral Leadership Programs
Honorary Degrees
Leadership certificates
Faith-based educational programs
Ministry, vocational, and religious training
Programs are designed exclusively but not limited to ministry, faith leadership, and religious vocational development, including preparation for religious vocations as professionals or laypersons in areas such as:
Counseling
Theology
Education
Administration
Music
Fine arts
Media communications
Social work
Unless expressly stated in writing, offerings are not accredited academic programs and do not confer state-recognized academic credit or professional licensure.
2. Scope and Applicability
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in any program, course, leadership development offering, honorary recognition, training experience, event, summit, workshop, mentorship initiative, publication, digital content, ceremony, or engagement operated, hosted, facilitated, or promoted by Ekklesia Institute Inc.™
By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry or application, enrolling in or attending a program, participating in an event, receiving an honorary recognition, or engaging in any Institute-related activity, participants acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related institutional policies.
3. Relationship to Formal Agreements
Certain programs, activities, honorary recognitions, or engagements may require participants to execute additional agreements, acknowledgments, waivers, disclosures, releases, graduation agreements, or consent forms during the application, enrollment, registration, or payment process.
These executed documents constitute binding agreements and are required as a condition of participation.
These Terms & Conditions serve as a general governance framework and public notice and do not replace, override, or supersede any formally executed agreement.
4. Nature of Offerings
Ekklesia Institute Inc.™ offerings may include, but are not limited to:
Digital courses and faith-based instruction
Leadership development programs
Honorary Doctoral Leadership Programs
Honorary Degrees
Honorary Leadership Certificates
Downloadable publications and digital content
Membership or portal access
Virtual and in-person religious programs
Graduation, convocation, and ceremonial participation
All honorary recognitions, degrees, and certificates are religious, ecclesiastical, or honorary in nature unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
5. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years of age or have documented parental or legal guardian consent.
The Institute reserves the right to determine eligibility, admission, or participation at its sole discretion.
6. Participant Conduct and Ethical Standards
Participants are expected to engage respectfully and in alignment with the mission, values, and ethical standards of Ekklesia Institute Inc.™
The Institute reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
Deny admission
Limit participation
Suspend or revoke access
Remove individuals from programs or events
for conduct deemed inconsistent with institutional expectations, faith-based standards, or community norms.
7. Wellness, Mental Health, and Personal Responsibility
Ekklesia Institute Inc.™ does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, or clinical counseling services.
Participation in any program, discussion, leadership activity, or honorary process does not constitute:
Medical advice
Mental health treatment
Diagnosis
Professional counseling
Participants acknowledge that they are solely responsible for their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing and are encouraged to seek support from appropriately licensed professionals when necessary.
The Institute assumes no responsibility or liability for personal health decisions, conditions, or outcomes arising from participation.
8. No Academic, Professional, or Financial Guarantees
Unless expressly stated in writing, participation does not guarantee:
Academic credit
Licensure or certification
Employment or income
Professional advancement
Business success
Specific spiritual or personal outcomes
Results vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and application.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials, teachings, content, publications, recordings, branding, logos, certificates, honorary materials, and digital assets are the intellectual property of Ekklesia Institute Inc.™.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or used without prior written authorization.
10. Media, Communications, and Representation
Ekklesia Institute Inc.™ does not publicly discuss individual participant matters, including enrollment status, performance, disciplinary actions, or personal circumstances.
Participants may not represent themselves as spokespersons, agents, or authorized representatives of the Institute without prior written consent.
Use of the Institute’s name, logos, branding, or intellectual property is subject to institutional approval.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ekklesia Institute Inc.™, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, facilitators, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to participation in any program, event, honorary recognition, or activity.
Participation is undertaken at the individual’s own risk.
12. Modifications and Updates
Ekklesia Institute Inc.™ reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions and related policies at any time. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the current version.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By accessing this website or participating in any Ekklesia Institute Inc.™ program, activity, or engagement, individuals acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and all referenced institutional policies.
