Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities, that result from our work or the use of products or services we provide. Our liability for any claims related to the work we perform shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service provided.
Site Conditions
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions of the site that were not disclosed or could not be reasonably discovered through our initial site assessment. Any unforeseen conditions encountered during the execution of the work that require additional services may be subject to additional charges and will be communicated to you promptly. Examples of this include gate adjustments, irrigation relocation including heads and main lines, roots from trees or bushes, the need of a concrete pump ($500-$700), and adjusting hose bibs or electrical outlets. The use of tracked concrete buggy’s can leave marks on the driveway an grass, Client takes responsibility for marks left behind that typically fade in a few weeks. We will take directions from the client on where they would like us to drive the machines. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs to curbing or concrete after we leave the property.
Weather Delays
Our schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions that may affect the quality of work or the safety of our employees. We shall not be held responsible for delays caused by weather conditions beyond our control.
Maintenance and Care
After completion of the work, it is your responsibility to maintain and care for the concrete. We will provide verbal care instructions upon completion of the work, and failure to follow these instructions could cause.
Client Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the client to secure any necessary permits or approvals that may be required for the work to be completed. Meridian Curbing & Meridian Concrete will not be responsible for any fines or legal ramifications that may result from the client's failure to obtain such permits or approvals. It is the responsibility of the client to mark all irrigation heads that may be in the way of the concrete or curbing work being completed.

We reserve the right to employ qualified subcontractors for concrete curbing and concrete construction projects. Our subcontractors are held to the same high standards of quality and professionalism that we uphold. While subcontractors may be used to complete part of the work, Meridian Concrete & Meridian Curbing maintains responsibility for the quality and oversight of all services provided. Our commitment to client satisfaction remains our foremost priority, and we ensure that all necessary insurance and liability protections are in place. By choosing our services, clients acknowledge the potential involvement of subcontractors in their projects.
Payment Terms Disclaimer
Payment for services rendered by Meridian Concrete or Meridian Curbing is due immediately upon completion of the work. We accept payment in the form of check, cash, or credit card. Please be advised that all payments made by credit card will be subject to a 3% convenience fee. By authorizing the use of a credit card for payment, you agree to this additional charge. Payment must be made directly to our personnel or through the approved online payment system provided by Meridian Concrete or Meridian Curbing.
