Think Lead Solutions exists to fix that — building AI-powered growth infrastructure for service-based businesses that are already generating revenue, but can't yet scale it consistently.

Why We Exist

The insight came from lived experience, not a boardroom.

Founder Alan Bell spent over 30 years in enterprise IT and B2B sales - as District Sales Manager and Client Director, most recently with Dell EMC and Dell Technologies. In that world, outcomes always mattered more than technology. That thinking never left him.

After leaving corporate life in 2019, Alan built two businesses from scratch: Pixel Roses, a photography business, and Break the Ice, an online networking service launched in January 2021. It was in building these that the pattern became impossible to ignore.

In Break the Ice, automated outreach was working - but follow-up emails were still being sent by mail merge. In Pixel Roses, implementing a CRM with workflows transformed the customer journey, improved Google reviews, and allowed the business to charge premium prices - differentiating itself from thousands of hobby photographers with smartphones.

The reviews told the story. Clients would say: “I found you in search, then chose you because of the reviews I read.” That was a system working exactly as it should.

When Alan later supported the Academy for Sales Excellence and discovered their client database was 75% out of date, the final piece fell into place.

If these systems could transform a photography business and a networking service, they could transform any service-based SME. Think Lead Solutions was founded.

Alan Bell is the founder of Think Lead Solutions. With over 30 years of experience in enterprise sales and client leadership - including senior roles at Dell EMC and Dell Technologies - Alan brings a rare combination of corporate rigour and entrepreneurial hands-on experience to every client engagement.

He has built and scaled three businesses of his own, implementing the same AI, workflow and automation systems he now builds for clients. He knows what works because he’s lived it.

Based in Dubai, UAE, Alan works with service-based SMEs across the UAE and beyond - helping founders move from operational chaos to predictable, scalable growth. We are actively expanding into the UK market, where our systems-first approach and consultative style resonate strongly with service-sector founders.
