These Terms govern your use of arkinspections.pro (“Site”) and any offered services (“Services”) provided by Ark Inspections, a Conway, AR company. Using the Site or scheduling work means you accept these Terms.

AUTHORIZATION

• Work begins only after you approve the written quote, scope, and price.

PRICING & PAYMENT

• We bill flat-rate.

• Invoices are due upon completion unless other terms are agreed in writing.

WARRANTIES

• There are no warranties related to inspection services.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide safe, unobstructed access to work areas.

• Secure pets, valuables, and disclose known hazards (asbestos, lead, etc.).

• Ensure you have legal authority to authorize access to the property.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Company’s maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the related Services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

ARRIVAL TIMES

Job scheduling depends on technician availability. We do not guarantee arrival times unless stated in writing.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Standard appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Same-day cancellations may incur a dispatch fee.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Site content (text, logos, images) belongs to Company or its licensors. No reproduction without written consent.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
