My Story
We’re Chris and Bailey Hinze—partners in life, in business, and in the mission to make an impact. Our passion for connecting with people and serving them has taken us to over 35 countries, teaching us more about life and leadership than we ever imagined.
We started in real estate here in Fort Worth, but it didn’t take long for us to realize this was about more than just property deals. It was about transforming lives. Our first property was a wreck—grass up to my knees (and I’m 6’6” so you can imagine)—but we saw through the mess and knew we were being called to do something bigger. That one property symbolized what we wanted to do for people everywhere: restore and rebuild. Since then, we’ve transacted countless properties, each one a part of someone’s journey.
We didn’t stop there. We’ve built four companies, including Arise Capital, focused on hard money lending, venture capital, and scaling businesses. We’ve invested in startups, built homes in Uganda, and continue to find ways to serve on a global scale.
Today, our mission is to invest in business owners, helping them discover their true calling. Without purpose, they’ll never hit the goals they’re chasing. We know firsthand the power of purpose-driven work, and now we’re helping others unlock their potential, just like we’ve done for ourselves and our clients.
