Hairmony Client Policies

At Hairmony Hair & Skin Clinic, we are committed to providing a calm, private, and personalised experience for every client.

As a boutique clinic, we dedicate exclusive time to each appointment. The following policies are in place to ensure fairness, consistency, and the highest standard of care.

1. Booking & Deposit

A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
This deposit will be credited toward your treatment on the day.

Appointments are reserved exclusively for you, and we are unable to accommodate other clients during your allocated time.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

3. Late cancellations & Missed appointments

Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend, will result in the deposit being forfeited as a cancellation fee.

As a boutique clinic, we are unable to fill appointments at short notice, and your reserved time is held exclusively for you.

Repeated Late Cancellations / No-Shows
We understand that unexpected situations can happen. However, repeated last-minute cancellations, rescheduling within 24 hours, or missed appointments may result in limitations or refusal of future bookings.
This helps us ensure availability for clients who are ready to commit to their appointments.

4. Late Arrival

If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client’s appointment.

If you arrive significantly late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and this may be treated as a late cancellation.

6. Suitability & Consultation

All treatments require an individual consultation to assess suitability.

Treatment recommendations are based on your individual concerns, medical history, and clinical assessment. Not all clients may be suitable for every treatment.

7. Clinical Photography & Consent

Clinical photographs may be taken to assess and monitor your progress.

These images are used for clinical purposes and will only be used for educational or marketing purposes with your separate written consent.

8. Payments

Full payment is required on the day of treatment unless otherwise discussed.

For treatment packages or plans, specific payment terms will be explained during your consultation.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for treatments that have been performed.

Treatment packages are offered at a reduced rate to reflect a commitment to a course of treatments, and are therefore non-refundable for change of mind or unused sessions.

If you have any concerns regarding your treatment, we encourage you to contact us so we can provide appropriate support and follow-up care.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Our Approach
