As Tennessee’s only authorized Sodi kart dealer and a trusted Rotax engine expert, we ensure that your kart is built, tuned, and race-ready with precision.

Whether you're assembling a brand-new Rotax engine, replacing a seat or axle, or needing a laser alignment, we provide expert service with scheduled appointments—no walk-ins, ensuring dedicated time for your kart

Kart Assembly & Engine Installation

✅ New Engine Assembly & Installation – $195

• We fully assemble your brand-new Rotax engine out of the box, mount all components (intake, carburetor, brackets, wiring, fuel lines), and install it onto your chassis, ready to race.

✅ New Sodi Chassis Assembly – $250

• Purchased a new Sodi kart? We handle the complete assembly of your chassis, ensuring all components are properly fitted for optimal performance.

✅ Engine Mounting on New Sodi Chassis – $100

• If you purchase a new Sodi kart and engine together, we offer a discounted engine installation rate of $100 when added to your chassis build.

General Karting Services

✅ Seat Installation – $95

• Proper seat positioning is critical for driver comfort and kart balance. We use an IMAF mounting jig for precision fitting.

• Hardware (bolts/brackets) not included—if additional bending or modifications are required for a custom fit, additional labor may be charged.

✅ Axle Replacement – $95

• We remove bent or damaged axles and install a new one, ensuring proper fitment and alignment.

✅ Laser Front-End Alignment – $25

• Using precision laser tools, we adjust your kart’s camber and toe for optimal handling. If additional repairs or replacements are needed, additional labor will apply.

✅ Tire Mounting – $5 per wheel

• We professionally mount or dismount 5” karting tires for just $5 per wheel.

General Labor & Custom Work

✅ General Labor Rate – $95/hour

• For any service not listed with a fixed price, we charge $95 per hour. This applies to:

Engine removal or swaps
Installing a MyChron system or wiring
Replacing bumpers, tie rods, or other repairs
Custom modifications or part installations

💡 Example: Replacing a bent tie rod may take only 15 minutes (~$23.75 labor) plus the cost of the part.

Important Service Policies

✅ Clean Karts Only: Please ensure your kart is clean before service. We reserve the right to refuse service on karts that are excessively dirty, poorly maintained, or heavily damaged.

✅ Racing Karts Only: We only service racing karts and engines that we sell. However, exceptions may be made—please contact us with details before booking.

✅ By Appointment Only: All services are scheduled by appointment to ensure dedicated time for your kart. No walk-ins.
