Chosen Family Home Care proudly accepts Pennsylvania’s Community HealthChoices program, which includes major health plans such as Keystone First, UPMC, and PA Health & Wellness. We also support veterans through VA referrals and family caregiver programs, allowing eligible veterans and their loved ones to receive high quality care at home. In addition, we offer flexible private pay options with reasonable rates for families who choose to fund care directly.

What qualifications do home caregivers have?
Caregivers are usually trained as home health aides or personal care aides. Reputable agencies provide background checks, health screenings (like TB tests), and ongoing training to ensure quality care.
