By accessing our website, enrolling in our services, or communicating with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Beyond Credit Limits Corporation provides credit education, credit report analysis, consulting, and document preparation support. We help clients understand their credit rights under federal law and assist in the preparation of disputes and communications with credit bureaus or data furnishers.
We do not charge for credit repair services. Clients pay a one-time setup/onboarding fee which covers administrative support, credit education, document preparation, and compliance-related work.
Results vary based on client participation and accuracy of the credit reporting data. No specific outcome or deletion is guaranteed.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete personal and financial information
Actively participate in the credit education process
Respond promptly to communications
Not misuse or misrepresent information or services
4. SMS Communication Consent
By providing your phone number, you give express written consent to receive SMS messages and phone calls from Beyond Credit Limits Corporation for:
Appointment reminders
Account updates
Credit education content
Promotions and offers
Billing notifications
Text messages may be sent using automated systems. Standard carrier messaging and data rates may apply.
Opt-In: You agree by checking a box on your intake form or replying “YES” to a message.
Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or emailing

Opting out of SMS does not cancel your agreement or payment obligations.
5. Privacy and Data Use

6. Payments and Fees
All fees are disclosed before services begin. Clients agree to pay a one-time setup/onboarding fee for services related to administrative work, document preparation, and credit education.
We do not charge for credit repair services.
The onboarding fee supports administrative and compliance work, not for the act of improving credit directly.
Important: After three (3) business days from the date of payment, all payments are non-refundable, regardless of whether services have started or not.
Exceptions may be granted in writing at the sole discretion of Beyond Credit Limits Corporation.
7. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services anytime by emailing
[email protected]. However, cancellations after 3 business days from payment are not eligible for a refund.
8. No Guarantee of Results
No company can promise a specific credit score increase, deletion, or result. Beyond Credit Limits Corporation provides lawful educational support and document prep services only.
9. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we encourage clients to reach out directly to resolve the matter in good faith. You may contact us at

10. Policy Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on our website.
Additional Terms
I, the client, understand that I may cancel this at any time before midnight on the third day after the date of the transaction. You may cancel
this without any penalty or obligation within three business days after. If you cancel, any payment made by you under this will be returned
within ten days after the date of receipt by the seller of your cancellation notice. To cancel this, mail or deliver a signed, dated copy of this
cancellation notice, or other written to: If after three days, the client(s) financial institution attempts to issue a cancelation or reversal or
insufficient funds dispute of the Professional Fee BCLC will apply a direct FEE of $250 for cancellation. Client(s) will be held responsible for
the full price.
The entire fee is considered earned by BCLC upon execution.
BCLC reserves the right to pursue a direct action against the client and inform his/her creditors and reporting agencies of actions that
materially violate FACTA fair and accurate consumer data provisions.
