Fulfillment Policy
Service Delivery
AI Educational Solutions LLC (“AI Educational Solutions”) provides content strategy, consulting, and AI-assisted content creation services as described in the Project Agreement. These services are delivered on an ongoing basis according to the agreed-upon schedule.
Payment Terms
All fees for ongoing monthly services are billed in advance of the service being rendered.
Services performed on an hourly basis or out-of-scope work are invoiced regularly, with payment due as per the terms indicated on the invoice.
Failure to pay any invoice within 15 days of the due date will result in a 10% service charge.
Cancellation Policy
Clients are required to provide a minimum of 30 days’ notice for cancellation of services.
Clients have the right to terminate the agreement if AI Educational Solutions has materially breached any obligation and such breach remains uncured for a period of 30 days after notice is sent.
AI Educational Solutions reserves the right to terminate or suspend services immediately without notice if the client fails to pay an invoice when due.
Refund Policy
In the event of termination, within fifteen (15) days, the client shall pay:
1. For any services performed on an hourly basis
2. A pro-rata amount of the Project Agreement based on the percentage of services provided as of the termination date
3. Any costs incurred by AI Educational Solutions in transferring or transitioning the client’s materials and Work Product
AI Educational Solutions has sole discretion in determining the portion of the Project Agreement completed as of the termination date.
No refunds will be provided for services already rendered or work already completed.
Limitation of Liability
AI Educational Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
The maximum amount a client may recover under the agreement is limited to the total payments made to AI Educational Solutions in the immediately preceding twelve (12) months.
