"Eagleview" is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased digital/hard goods/subscription from Eagleview Pro and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds of Hard Goods:

To be eligible for return and refund, the following steps must be taken:

Refund must be requested in writing by contacting info@eagleview.it

Request of refund must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date

Hard goods must be returned to Eagle Eye On Solutions immediately, according to the instructions you will receive once contacting info@eagleview.it as directed in step 1.

The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in Eagle Eye On Solutions sole, reasonable discretion.

Refunds of Digital/Subscription Based Goods:

To be eligible for a refund on any digital/subscription based goods, the following steps must be taken: Refund must be requested in writing by contacting info@eagleview.it

Request of refund must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date

If the customer decides to cancel the subscription within 2-3 days after taking the subscription with us, then refund is possible upon raising the request to info@eagleview.it

If the customer decides to cancel the subscription after 2-3 days, we may or may not approve the refund and customer can continue to use our platform will the end of billing period. Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days and the mode of refund will be the same as the mode of payment. I.e. You will get back your funds back on your original payment method.
